Refund policy

While personalized items can not be returned, please let me know right away if you are not happy with your purchase so I can make it right.

I gladly accept returns on new, unused cross stitch kits & supplies within 30 days of purchase.  Returns received within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original payment method (less any shipping costs).  Please allow extra time for your purchase to arrive in my studio.  Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

Due to the instant download nature of my PDF patterns, these are not refundable and are not eligible for refunds to be issued to you for any PDF patterns.  Therefore, please double check your cart/order before you checkout.
